After your treatment sessions with
us, you will not be ‘left out in the cold’ when it comes
to integrating your ‘new self’ back into everyday life.
The tools you will be given will aid you in bringing balance to
your mind, body and soul.
As part of the treatment you will be guided through certain insights
and further self-empowerment and development.
Shamanic treatments often include life skills coaching and an understanding
of ‘how and why’ certain incidents present themselves
to us. We can offer guidance on daily routines that will help give
you focus; overcome stress, or assist in overcoming work and relationship-related
issues.
We can also offer further shamanic sessions that will help you
deal with on-going family or ancestral problems, releasing anger
and also give you an understanding on how to forgive and let go
of the pasts that no longer serve you.
Some practitioners offer further holistic-related therapies and
treatments – please ask for details.
With the exception of a few shamanic practitioners, we are not
trained psychologists or medical personnel, and therefore urge you
to carry on taking any current medication already prescribed to
you by your GP. |
